Kevin Saterfield — Executive Director
Kevin founded Utopia Therapeutics and serves as its Executive Director and the Authorized Official on the organization's National Provider Identifier. His work in Dayton's recovery community is the reason this program exists and the reason it's being built to a clinical standard rather than a minimum one.

Our partnership with Rogan Crosby
Utopia Therapeutics operates in partnership with Rogan Crosby, an Ohio behavioral health provider with state-certified programs and national accreditation. Care is delivered through those certified, accredited programs by appropriately licensed clinicians.
Most new behavioral health programs spend their first two years assembling infrastructure instead of treating people. This partnership means Utopia didn't have to — the certified programs, the supervision structure, and the clinical experience were already in place on day one. What we add is capacity, and a program designed around co-occurring care from the start.
How we intend to operate
Care delivered by appropriately licensed clinicians, within their documented scope of practice. Clinical supervision that is real rather than nominal. Documentation that would survive a survey on a random Tuesday. Those are not marketing lines — they are the conditions of getting certified and staying certified, and we would rather build to them now than retrofit later.
