Becoming a new client
Call (937) 221-9783 to get started. A person will talk with you about what you are looking for and whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will tell you and point you somewhere that is.
We accept Ohio Medicaid, and commercial insurance. Care here is delivered through Rogan Crosby's OhioMHAS-certified programs, and Medicaid is billed through them. Have your card handy when you call — we check your coverage before your first appointment rather than leaving you to find out about a bill afterwards.
Referring someone to us
Referring from a court, probation department, hospital, employer, or another provider? Call (937) 221-9783 and ask for intake. Tell us what the referral requires and by when — court and probation deadlines are real and we would rather work to them than discover them late.
We accept referrals for adult outpatient behavioral health: diagnostic evaluation, individual therapy, group therapy, couples and marriage counseling, drug and alcohol assessments, and ongoing mental health treatment, including co-occurring care.

People travel to us from Dayton, Riverside, Huber Heights, Kettering, Beavercreek, Fairborn, Centerville, Trotwood, Vandalia and Xenia.

Areas we serve
Most outpatient behavioral health in this county sits downtown or on the west side. We are on the east side, which for a lot of people is the difference between making an appointment and missing it.
We regularly see adults from east Dayton, Riverside, Huber Heights, Beavercreek, Fairborn, Kettering, Centerville, Vandalia, Xenia, Trotwood, Miamisburg and Englewood — and from Montgomery and Greene counties generally. If you are coming from the east side of the metro, we are almost certainly the closest outpatient option to you.
What we do not provide
Utopia Therapeutics does not provide medical detoxification, inpatient or residential treatment, emergency or crisis services, or medication-assisted treatment. If that is what you need, call us anyway and we will tell you plainly and point you toward it.

Are you accepting new clients?
Yes. Utopia Therapeutics is accepting new adult clients now — call (937) 221-9783.
Care is delivered through certified, accredited programs in partnership with Rogan Crosby, so you are not waiting on a new program to finish getting set up.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring a photo ID, your insurance or Medicaid card (we verify coverage before your first appointment), a list of any medications you take, and any court, probation or referral paperwork if someone sent you.
If you do not have all of it, come anyway and tell us what is missing — we would rather see you than turn you away over paperwork.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No. You can contact us directly — you do not need your primary care doctor to refer you first.
If a court, probation officer, employer, hospital or another provider referred you, bring their paperwork so we know what they are asking for.
Where exactly are you, and where do I park?
We are at 4130 Linden Avenue, Suite 185, Dayton, OH 45432 — east Dayton near the Riverside line, with off-street parking at the building.
Suite 185 is inside the building; come in and follow the suite numbers. We are a straightforward drive from Riverside, Huber Heights, Kettering, Beavercreek, Fairborn and Centerville.
