What this website collects, what it does not, and how to reach us about it.
This page is about the website only. It is not a Notice of Privacy Practices. Clients receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices covering health information, and substance use treatment records carry additional federal protections.
Please do not send medical or health information by email or through this website. Email is not a secure or confidential channel and we cannot receive protected health information this way. Call (937) 221-9783 instead.
What this website collects
This site has no accounts, no logins, and no intake or contact forms. You can browse it without giving us anything. We do use two standard analytics tools:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement: pages viewed, approximate location by region, device type, and how visitors arrive. Google's handling of that data is covered by Google's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session replay, which records page interaction such as scrolling, clicks and mouse movement, to show us where the site is confusing. Microsoft's handling is covered by the Microsoft privacy statement.
Both use cookies or similar storage. Both can be blocked by your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the site works normally if you block them.
What this website does not collect
No names, no dates of birth, no insurance or Medicaid numbers, no diagnoses, no clinical information — the site has no form that could collect them. If you email or call us, that conversation is handled separately from this website.
Visiting this site is not a clinical record
Reading a page here does not make you a client and does not create a treatment record. Becoming a client starts with a phone call and a conversation with a person.
Links to other sites
We link to outside resources — the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, SAMHSA's treatment locator, the Ohio eLicense system, the federal NPI registry. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we do not control them.
